Here’s our quick three-step guide to selecting your Stickfast system:
Step 1 – Select your glue gun
Stickfast glue guns are ergonomically designed with long triggers, narrow profiles and robust but lightweight construction to eliminate operator fatigue.
Our best-seller is the GX300 medium duty gun. The GX120 is an entry-level industrial grade glue gun, while the GX80 is ideal for craft and hobby use.
For heavy-duty use, select the GX600 for high volume dispensing using 18mm glue sticks.
All Stickfast glue guns come with a 12 month warranty, subject to using genuine Stickfast glue sticks.
Step 2 – Choose your nozzle
Stickfast glue guns are supplied with a standard silicon-protected nozzle (HGS00) but – depending on what you want to do – a more specialised nozzle can enhance the application of glue.
Each nozzle is compatible with every Stickfast glue gun.
Step 3 – Select your glue
A four-way choice of adhesives covers just about every situation! MPS is a multi-purpose clear glue with a set time of 20 – 30 seconds; HSS is an assembly-grade adhesive for difficult surfaces, ideal for carpet-fitting, tile displays etc. For rapid closing and sealing of cartons, choose FSS with a set time of only 5 – 10 seconds. And to bond heat-sensitive materials such as polystyrene, opt for the LTS formulation.
Select 12mm glue for the GX80, GX120 and GX300; the GX600 takes 18mm sticks, containing 10% more glue than the 43mm glue slugs used in some competitor systems. Note that LTS comes in 12mm sticks only.
